Reports and Documentation Done Right

Diamond offers over 25 different types of computer generated monthly management reports. You may choose from these reports, or Diamond can customize reports which best meet your facility's specific needs. Also, Diamond will offer printed MARs monthly for each inmate, charting documentation of medication administration. MARs will contain the inmate name, allergies, diagnosis and current medication list with instructions.

Support Services that Contribute to Success

A clinical pharmacist from Diamond will review your medication room on site to verify compliance of all procedures. Diamond's clinical staff of nurses and pharmacists will provide in-services on a wide variety of medical subjects. Having resources are at your disposal, a Diamond pharmacist is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to answer any question regarding medications.

Diamond cares about understanding local issues. That is why a Diamond clinical pharmacist will serve as a member or your facility's Pharmacy and Therapeutics and Quality Assurance Committees. Clinical pharmacists will screen the inmates' profiles to ensure safe and therapeutic medication administration. Diamond will follow the guidelines of your jail, the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), the American Correctional Association (ACA), the American Jail Association (AJA), the Department of Corrections, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations
