Online Order Entry
This program will simplify your medication ordering process. From your computer, you will be able to order prescriptions easily and efficiently. Not only can you enter data for new prescriptions, but the online order entry can be used for refills, utilizing a barcode scanner. The system will also permit you to print profiles and run reports.
This system is a direct interface between your facility and our pharmacy system. It is a bidirectional system through a secure server over the internet which is fully HIPAA compliant.
PAPERLESS MAR
The paperless Medication Administration Record (MAR) will enable your staff to scan the inmates barcode and each medication to assure the right patient is receiving the right medication at the right time. When scanning the inmates badge, all the medications for that proper administration will pop up on the screen. If the wrong medication is scanned for the wrong inmate at the wrong time, the system will alert your staff prior to making a medication error. This will also electronically record the proper administration time and initials. The system will allow your staff to print reports on administration, non compliance, no shows, etc.
ONLINE REPORTING
Diamond's Online Reporting Program (ORP) is a robust web-based patient profile tool. The goal of ORP is to provide you with a simplified means to gain immediate access to accurate patient data. As a user, you will have various reporting options, as well as multiple ways to view, sort, and print the dispensed data based on specified parameters.
With ORP, you can review multiple facilities individually or collectively; review therapeutic classes individually or collectively; view prescriptions by formulary, non-formulary, or both; view brand name medications, generics, or both; and much more. ORP is on a completely secure system, and allows patient data to be accessed by your facilitys medical staff at the instant it is needed.
